How do you change the XShell skin on an XDK?

 

you'll have to edit the xlaunch.fdf file using party buffalo FatX explorer, but you can just download a skin online and swap out the files. To get this file off your flash, run a patch to view the flash partition via neighborhood

Put it into the devkit partition on your HDD and run it from xshell

 

you need to edit xshell.xex if you want to change fonts and shiz tho.

 

Font is stored in fdf, color for the text is in xex though

 

There is a fantastic guide and tools released for it from the one guy that actually tried making xshell themes a thing, can't remember his name tho :\
But yea im just going off memory from the one time I messed with themes.
