help with song identifying

Hey! I was driving and got the very last part of an amazing song recorded, no identification things work and i can't try SoundHound or Shazam, does anyone have those that could try? I uploaded the part on YT (HORRIBLE quiality) and i also got an MP3 with tiny bit better quality. Can anyone help me? Maybe you've heard this song before or something.

As the previous post stated, please post the link. Barring that, if you remember a line of the lyrics, the pre shazam method of searching it with the word lyrics at the end on google tends to work for me almost every time.

 

I'm sorry for being so late with the link! Couldn't post it at work. *sigh* but i've updated OP with the video! Sadly no lyrics I can remember, something about love but that's all I remember. thanks everyone above. I tried using Audiotag with my Mp3 but of course no resaults. If the quality is too poor i could send you the mp3. or maybe windows movie maker? still up?

 

I'd really like to help out but just can't figure it out the name of it myself. Only if maybe it was a bit longer. I'm also a big fan of VGM.

Shazam couldn't identify the song, the quality of the video probably isn't good enough.

The very end sounds really familiar but I can't place why. It sounds like something you'd find in an arcade.
