Help with modifying Sega MegaDrive

    Hello everybody!
    I would be very grateful if you could give me some tips about how to modify a Sega MegaDrive, so I can be able to play import games and in full screen mode 60hz.

    I have widened my cartridge slot already so it will fit Japanese games. But if I want to play them is the only thing I need to do is to intall a language switch?

    Its the first time I try to modify a console and if you have any tips regarding the Sega MegaDrive I would be thankful if you could post some..Thx

    You need a switch for country select, and a switch for 50/60 Hz. The procedure is different depending on model. Is it an original or a MD2?
