I lifted point 5, solder on the board is terrible, so I connected the wire to the 330 but it seems the other side of the point went to a via that is no longer connected due to the lifted point, is that the case?
FIXED. looks like the trace goes to pin 5 of the 330 (first one on the right) if looking at the solder points in front of you.
