    Call the local police in Japan and get him ejected permanently. If he has some sort of criminal history he can say goodbye to ever coming to Japan again.

    All I can say is thank Christ the shipping to here in he UK put me off purchasing as the Victor Saturn and Neo Geo CD units he put up were priced stupidly low. Maybe that's how he was able to entice his 'victims', everything he seemed to have to offer was at difficult to turn down prices. Seems like the old adage of ''If something looks too good to be true then it usually is'' is played out perfectly here.

    Hope everyone who has fallen foul manages to get some recompense but the more time that passes it seems that the unlikelier it will be. Shame.

    How long have you been waiting? I'd say one month is the max an "illness" can count as. 2 months and its a scam. If it is a scam, trash his name, his companies name (I believe he owns the company) on any comments for places selling his dvds or any other products. If he shows up on other forums trash his name there.
