    OH MY GOD I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!!! THE LAST ADDRESS IS POWER NUTS!!!! I had been using GS codes to boost the values, but I realized in one of my tests that the power nut codes I was using were not actually increasing Jack's stamina they were just making the power nuts appear on the tree in the kitchen. So I went and acquired all 11 power nuts and it increased my percentage proportionate to what I was missing. The power nuts are the final straw to this nearly year long puzzle. Memory address 801FB94E correlates to Power Nuts! 100% achieved!
