It might be worth slightly more to a desperate collector but you can buy it for 700 Yen at Suruga-ya (http://www.suruga-ya.jp/product/detail/144005018001). It's definitely the most uncommon one from the Festival 2000 pack, more so now than a couple of years ago. If I were a collector and that were the only copy available to me locally I probably would pay 20 EUR/25 USD max. for it. Still, a complete Playstation Festival set is nice to have for demo collectors.
Every time i see this disc i remind the time when i was going to get it... but the damn mail van was stolen. Even though Madroms and his friend were able to get the insurance money back and re-purchase most of the other items on the package, we couldn't find another copy of GT2000 at the time. So it's kind of my "Eleanor". Anyway, it's an uncommon disc. Because of this, the condition will matter the most. Is the disc scratched? Does the slipcover have any sort of damage? A unopened copy will be worth more than an used one. But a mint decent one will be more valuable than a damaged one. Shipping it will require a very decent packaging, to avoid damage. Still , most GT fans and collectors only seem to care for the retail versions. It's funny most of the big GT collectors are members here. This being a japanese disc, only people with a japanese or modded console will be able to use it. It is something that i still miss in my collection. But after spending some money last month on stuff that haven't even arrived yet, and still having to donate to the forums this month, i can't really make you an offer right now. Digmac already contacted you, he's another GT collector, so if you decide to sell it will go to a nice home.
