    Hello everyone!

Emails coming from ASSEMbler games have been going to my junk mail folder in Gmail. Is this a known issue?

Any help or fixes would be highly appreciated!

If you mark it as not junk, it shouldn't happen after that. It happens with some forums, and not with others.

I'm not marking them as junk mail. They automatically goes to the junk mail folder. They don't actually appear until I refresh the folder.

I didn't say you did. Mark it as not junk, then it wouldn't happen again.
ASSEMbler would have to contact google and get it whitelisted.

Not sure, I don't use Gmail. There should be an option for it, like "Unmark as Junk".

The last item, DNS not matching SMTP banner will most likely trigger as spam.

I'm on my phone, so it might be different when on a desktop. But if you select "move to" "primary" for one of the emails in the spam folder, it will move all of them. From there it should filter new ones into your primary inbox.

You could also try adding the forum email address to your contact list. I only see "report as not spam" but this sends a report to Google while not changing any settings.

Again, the mobile options are limited so I could be missing something easier. Typically there is a button as simple as "This is not spam" as Hex mentioned earlier.

Look in your spam folder. Select the message. Hit "not spam".

Hey everyone! I forgot to post here that I fixed it. I marked it as not spam and it is no longer labelled as spam. Thanks for the help everyone!

We have our own cert, it's invalid because it's not from an "authority". Waiting on openssh to mature a bit more.
This is a big issue to fix. The main issue is we need a wildcard cert, which costs $100 a year. I would prefer to
wait on the new and free openssh, I don't want to rattle the can for yet more money.

Name servers on same subnet, this is the rackspace. I have made tickets and told them it's a bad practice. They
    told me to stuff it.

Primary name server not listed as parent - sme story

    SOA expiry value - same

Reverse DNS is not valid hostname
Reverse DNS does not match banner - This is because the site runs on a server with a different domain name, all mail goes out from the server domain and not the site domain name. This is fixable, but is low priority as it is not an uncommon thing on the internet.
