    Last time I was told if I donated and put my username in the paypal info I'd get something special and nothing, so I stayed out of this one. I dunno if this is "the other one" that he might be referring to.

    If we go by the definition of donation, you should not be expecting something in return at all. That would be a purchase, a trade or a subscription.
