I ended up making a deal to help with some arcade stuff in exchange for it. Have it open right now and it's looking like power supply problem, but I won't know for sure till I take it apart and test it some.

Damnit, I've got one here that won't put out a picture on LD-ROM games or Laserdiscs. Genesis carts and SegaCD games work fine.

Oh well.
