ape can i send you a white sega saturn that i will get soon and a modchip i bought previously(phantom universal). if i supply a modchip, can you cut the service to 20 for installation? i can send you a guide if needed. i would also like a region free bios for the full 30 with chip and installation. that would be awesome. just want to know if possible before i buy the console. im on a budget.
