I'd be willing to give it a try to see what happens. If they accept the cardboard CD mailer as a "letter" I might be able to get it away for the same price or worst case an extra $3. I'll pop into the post office either tomorrow afternoon or Friday to check how they work. Sometimes the staff aren't sure how the system works... which is a little concerning. Try to charge me $7 for a letter! *shakes fist at sky* I'll let you know once I've heard back! :)

Hahaha, I knew postage there wouldn't be as bad as they said it would be! Underpromising is better than overpromising I suppose! :) Damn I could go for some chips right about now too... *eats some PIC chips*

They have such a sharp flavour / metal legs :D

@Zer0-2k11 has been most generous and let me mirror his guide for the Saturn here.
For the PS1 chips, let me know what model board (PU-X / PU-XX) you are going into and I'll get the schematics on-the-line :)

Haha, at these prices I really should check my maths... but I'm pretty lazy so break even is good enough :p

You'll get another Saturn, I can tell! You already miss the rectangular polygons, don't you? ;)

Howdy Larry, I only ship to Australia and New Zealand. If you are in the US I would recommend either giving either @Bad_Ad84 or @Zer0-2k11 a shout. Shipping to the US is killer from here which is annoying!

Forgive my ignorance but do these do region free and run backups? (PS1 and/or Saturn)?

The PS1 modchips do both region free and allow you to run backups. The Phantom Universal for the Saturn allows you to play backups from the same region. To break free of region locks you either need a BIOS chip replacement, an Action Replay / GameShark cartridge or when burning your backup games use a converter to change the region over to match your console.

Good point, I should add something to the first post to explain what they do... how did I miss that! Thank you! :)
