Help Request File Format(s) of PM backups during the VB3 era?

Hi,

Shortly before the 2011 (2012?) migration where everything had to be wiped, I backed up a few years of old PMs. A few years later, I still have all this info but I've mislocated it and can't remember any filenames.

Anyone remember what file format these backups came in?

 

I think you got a single XML file with everything in... No clue about the naming scheme.

edit: Looks like you might've been able to pick between XML, CSV or text.
