Fake seller on ebay claiming to be me

    On the other special versions they never painted over the power logo.

    No branding on the controller ("SONY" at the top) or the PlayStation lid ("SONY" at the top, and "PlayStation" below the logo), and no symbols or "power" or "open" on the buttons for power and the lid mean that it is has certainly been painted by a third party.

    Never heard of a gold one, there was only the midnight blue wasn't there? No branding on the controller, it's a fake for sure.

    You must have some big fans ASSEMbler :p

    It is a very good paintjob though, but using ASSEMbler's name, just doesn't compute.

    IMO, very nicely painted. I'm gonna say its a good fake, I don't know how they could have acquired that label on the bottom though... But scph-7000 came with dualshock controllers, as did the real 10 million editions. That, and the fact that he's using someone else's name as his own screams fraud.

    Edit: Also the obvious, no SONY logo on the controller or on top of the console and the buttons on the console are unmarked. Another thing, the way the controller connector is painted doesn't look right to me...

    What a ridiculous thing to do. Adding "RARE PS1 '97 Promo Vita PS2 PS3 PS" at the end should be a dead give away even if someone couldn't tell it was painted. Here's hoping it gets taken down as swiftly as possible.

    Well Assembler I hope you get all this fishy business sorted out. How do you think it will take before his username is banned from ebay? Hopefully not to long. I want to know how you came across this , are you a bit of an ego maniac searching google about yourself?

    Never said it wasnt. I was specifically asking about filing legal papers regarding copyright.
