    Yeah, that was a pretty good article. I was sad when it was over. I actually learned a few things reading it.

    Used to know two die-hard SOTN players. The two would marathon every week without fail for a year. No sleep until the game was completed in full. Never understood it, but I can appreciate it when something so immensely resonates with someone. Just from watching them, if someone told me "best game ever made", I would not argue.

    Awesome article! Seems I am always learning new things about this game. I never knew most of those things... The boots that give you extra height & the peanuts, wow. That is so bad ass.
    When I am programming, I throw in tons of useless / weird things to do like that, so it makes me happy to see a game chock - full of so many different mechanics.

    Delightful!! I loved the peanut anecdote in the end. That's weird, I don't remember the gargoyle thing, I think I've never seen it in the game... I wish I had time to play it again and try those things
