Emulator Front end for PC with video previews ?

We are looking for a free no cost easy to setup front end solution for our emulators to work on our windows 7 PC that features video previews for each title or in game screenshots instead of cover art.

Helps to know what the game looks like instead of the often misleading cover designs. We heard hyperspin is starting to charge $ and have since parted ways with the rocketlauncher team making it even more challenging to use.

Hyperspin is the only one I know of. You can probably find some packs floating around the net.
