That's weird, I thought eBay gave an error if trying to offer more than the buy it now price. Strange that it even went through.
I don't think that guy needs Star Fox 64 anymore. I'm sure his gaming hours have dropped dramatically, lol.
Do you think i should accept it? Seems really dodgy to me, scammers always offer more like the craigslist scams.
Personally, I would not accept it. Something isn't right. I don't know that this is a particular scam. I mean, anyone can pay then file against you after you've shipped. EBay will almost always side with the buyer, so there is no point in risking an unusual offer from a user with little previous activity.
Thanks for your input i am going to decline the offer, not 100% sure its a scam but it is unusual. Chris
Here is one to add to the eBay Hall of Shame, AU $1,150.00 for a standard run of the mill HKT-3030 Dreamcast with keyboard (and now relisted) with a few games. Seriously... I don't know where people get these sale values from... Ted.
All that's missing is a reflection off some shiny game related item showing the person is naked. Seller have done it with a tea kettle, tv, etc but I have yet to see anything from video game.
Umm where's the Lynx? Is it invisible? It could also be zoomed out so far that the lynx is too small to see.
Obviously the special edition clear one. Nintendo made a bunch for the Game Boys, but Atari made one so clear you can't see it!
