I removed your links - as per the first post, please don't post links in this thread. Also, you've missed the point of this thread. It's solely to post pictures of listings that are comical - either a high price, a poor condition item, a misleading item... or something like that. As for your predicament, raise a case with eBay. State that the seller refuses to sell for the final price, for which you won the item. That'll be a strike against them.
Seller can "cancel" the auction as eBay can't force seller to honor anything. But since you paid, the seller is at your mercy. If the seller tries to send cancel request, refuse it and seller will have to eat listing fee or lose selling privilege. AND you can leave neg "Paid quickly, seller refused to ship, claims error" Get a few negs and the seller's rating will go down, their listing will get less visible (ie in Best Match sorting, poor seller ends up last while good seller gets higher up), higher FVF to pay, etc.
I would imagine it would be "the item is no longer available because...." rather than a cancellation, technically. You can't do much about that. If the seller tries to say you cancelled to avoid fees, then yes, complain to eBay. Bad feedback is worse than that - when your seller rating gets below a certain level (and that can be purely based on the stars system rather than feedback), you'll be restricted on how much you can sell.
$8500 for a PS3 TOOL DECR-1000A. In the mean time, I have it for sale for 1/17 the price. lol (https://www.assemblergames.com/foru...27-FS-PlayStation-Nintendo-Development-stuffs)
I suspect sonicsean was being sarcastic about the inflated prices of most vga graded items. I could be wrong. I often find myself wanting a "sarcasm font" when I am writing, so that it doesn't get lost in interpretation.
Exactly. That is my point. My personal favorite are the "professionally" graded nes prototypes that have been on ebay. Those are laughable.
1) yes I was joking, 2) I would legitimately pay money for a sarcasm font. Not much money, but money nonetheless. Also I think currently new VGA graded games is the best thing (I should look for Bloodborne in a VGA box).
This copy of Balloon Fight is not VGA rated. Games that are VGA rated are encased in a hard plastic shell with a VGA rating label on the top.
haha has this one been seen before? Incredible! Edit - But wait, there's more! He even has another example, complete with sticker! Smokin'!
