It's a retail board without a case. Nothing special.

Not unless you want to overpay for a standard, retail game.

SHVC-2A0N-01 was the board used for a few titles, but it was most well known for the original release of Street Fighter II: The World Warrior.

It's a retail board with retail chips.

Give the seller points for trying, but it's a poor attempt at passing off a retail cart as a prototype in the hopes of making some quick cash.

If you want a board that looks just like this, go buy a used copy of Street Fighter II: The World Warrior and discard the case. Grab a little label, scribble SF2 on it.

Hard to say whether all of those NES carts are genuine, but some of his other stuff almost certainly is, and he's had other very authentic looking items in the past. I'd say 99% sure he's legit.

I've dealt with him on 3 occasions, recently. 2 through ebay and one private transaction. While he may not respond to your email very quickly, he is legit and completly trustworthy. in my opinion.

I saw,you could easily turn around and sell for over 1000usd but only if it's working,in all in could be a broken kit as well.
