Regrettably it's not boxed and must have been opened as the seller states it has a 220-240vac (it's not supposed too), plus it would appear to have been chipped as states PAL / NTSC.

So, if it remains around it's current price it's worth it - currently £51.00

I knew the one I listed was expensive, but not THAT expensive... well ignore that listing then!

If anyone has a spare one, I might be interested at £10 or so.

 

Yeah, I have been waiting for the price to come down again, I have seen them sell for about £8 non-BIN, the only problem is the P&P prices from HK.

Sealed Radiant Silvergun. The seller is a friend of mine, you can trust him (I saw that RSG at his flat, its perfect according to any standard a sealed collector could have!).

 

It's a Hong Kong unit - ~220v/PAL are the offical voltage/broadcast TV standards there. I see a lot of HK units shown as region free - many (possibly all) are modified to handle both PAL/NTSC, since HK is in the NTSC/C region lockout zone for PS2 games. I'm not sure how official this modification is (ie: whether Sony has anything to do with it), but like I said, I see many HK units shown as PAL/NTSC capable.

HK used to be something of a Mecca for multistandard kit - both my multistandard VCRs (PAL/NTSC/SECAM) originated from there, if memory serves.

If the seller shipped to the US, I'd probably be interested in it.

 

I always thought the White LE were strictly Japanese 110v, and that the White PS1 (VCD) was HK only?

Thanks for the information HK is an unknown quantity to me having never bought anything other than a set of PS2 controllers a couple of years ago.

It's back on again (after finishing at £97), as it failed to make the reserve price. Just FYI the seller did offer to end it early for my at a fixed price of £200 + £20 P&P, but I thought :noooo: .

That'll be why I never heard back with my offer. Lower than £200 by a fair amount tbh. I don't need it, it's just boxed... that's the ONLY reason it interested me.
