Hi I recently got a Dreamcast HKT-01 dev kit and I hooked it up via vga and got nothing but a black screen. And I made sure the rotary switch was set to 4 and that the first 2 dip switches were switched to on. Any help would be appreciated.
You might want to place this elsewhere. Right now it's under Unreleased Games. You might get more views on it if you put it in the Dreamcast Development thread section.
