Complete in box ... I'd say $400-600 depending on the condition.

A bare unit with all the accessories would go for $200-300.

It also depends which revision you have, should be easy to tell the difference by the colour of the buttons. White - Rev 1, Black - rev 2.

In box I would say above $400, a system alone can be $250-$350. I got mine for $268 with a Nintendo 64 and controller. It wasn't box sadly.

I was offered £400 recently for mine, complete in box with all accessories and manuals, has the save cart, additional 128 ram chip (and a spare working one incase one ever dies), original power supply and dvd drive, all cables, good condition and works perfectly, also has a few extras aswell which i cant remember at the moment, i turned him down though, not because i was haggling over the price but because i cant bring myself to sell it

There a strange thing to pick up, sometimes they go for silly money - yet i've picked up 3 units in the last year for under £100.
