Doctor v64 Junior SRAM replacement

I'm looking to replace the SRAM module in the v64jr with FRAM/FLASH. It would be great if I could find an off the shelf replacement SIMM but I'm happy to make my own if I have to. Knowing Bungs fetish for using odd/custom connectors I wouldn't be surprised if I had to end up doing that.
Has anyone ever worked out the the pinout for the SIMM on this thing. I know it's not rocket science but I'd rather not do it if it's already been done.
