Dead Space for Original Xbox

    I never knew this was being worked on for so long. Love Dead Sapce, it's probably my favourite horror series of this generation.

    I want to say I remember seeing a debug kit somewhere with dead space on it....but it's been a while since I remember that so I could be wrong...

    Yeah. Fairly certain this guy's mixing title names now (or platform); the Xbox version wasn't exactly common/public knowledge until they showed that video of it post-release for very good reasons (tight control). Would still love to see how far along things were before it shifted platform (All we really know is that the tech itself worked and the art direction was largely unchanged)

    I'd wager it will be a while, if we ever see it. I'm sure most of the Dead Space people are still employed, and I don't see EA going anywhere anytime soon. But, never say never I guess! He may have mixed up Beyond, which on the surface looks Dead Space-y I guess.

    I don't believed it, Dead space released in 2008 where XBOX discontinued in 2005. EA is known for making a game in short time and money grabber.

    Can confirm that Dead Space was in production at Redwood Shores (now Visceral) before being moved to next gen platforms. Also, Visceral released their last OG Xbox title in 2006. EA supported the OG Xbox all the way up until the end of 2008.

    Yeah, not really sure why he is denying its existence, when there is video of it. I believe it was used as a prototype pitch project.

    I got mixed up, I thought it mean Dead space on XBOX as a full game but never released ! My bad.

    At least more info would be nice or some screenshots or videos which are clearer.
    I lost the desire to wish for playable builds as I was dissapointed a lot in the past :D
