    -This build is loaded with debug features, Dated 2 months before release.
    -This build is not and will not be leaked online. Those are my only buyer requests.

    Nope, so far me and the owner on ebay are the only ones to own this.
    The ebay lister likely never ripped the game to his xbox, meaning i'm the only one to own it.
