Dead Rising 1 Beta release Whatever happened to it???

Thanks mate i would love to email Capcom, you know? i really really would, but would there be someone on the end of the line writing a response i'd like to hear? or just a response saying "for further help on our megaman games, visit uh here at etc etc" XD you know what i mean? game company's aren't to great at answering personal emails . i'm afraid that's how it would go down, and i'm sure people have tried in the past, which seems to get nobody nowhere, i guess that's the reason nobody else has it it seems..

What if the 360 doesnt die soon. Seeing how the xbone didnt sell well, they have no reason to cancel the 360 service ANY time soon, as there are over double. Triple even the amount of online users on 360 as apose to xbone, say the 360 only dies in.. 5-6 years, are you really. SERIOUSLY. Gonna make us wait that long, for a game thats reaching 9 years of age?

right now its just sitting, rotting, and wasting time in the closet, when people could be putting it to GOOD use and exploring it..?

Like accel said. Sometimes its not the persons call to make the decision Stipo if part of the agreement was to wait for the 360 to die down and even if that takes 10 years then that's what has to happen. It may suck but its what would have to happen. One thing I don't think anyones asked assembler is if he could explain in more detail how he got them and on what terms, his responses in here have been generally towards a single persons comment at a time maybe if someone would ask him (and not harass him) he could explain those details and hopefully make everyone who is either with him or against him more understanding of the situation.

 

Please explain what the reason would be of selling off your copy of the game to someone but telling them not to give it away, why give it away in the first place if your gonna say "here, take my game, but dont give it to anyone, i only want you to have it, cause i really like ya" .... Wheres the point in that

even if assembler paid for them, how is it fair hes the only one allowed to get it, at least let us pay for a download, if assembler PMed me saying "hey, payy me 400usd$ and ill give you a download link" i wouldnt care, id pay any amoumt, but he isnt even allowing that.

at least let us buy it off you assembler, that way itll save you the effort and the time off your day of having to type "mega.co.nz" into your browser and uploading them in 6 years... I bet you anything the guy who sold the discs made a dvd iso backup of them anyway.?

If you read it properly, you would find i said it would be fair if we paid for them. Which clearly you jumped to that conclusion, no it IS fair assembler has them, he spent his hard earned money. Im saying he should at least sell the copys off ? Im sure hes not a fan of the game, and can make some serious money off of them. He would make money, and the copies would be put to good use and not just sitting in a closet? Please keep your thoughts to your self, if you dont agree, A-OK. Because HE Bought them first, he paid for it there for he's completely entitled to what he wants do with it. If you keep spamming him he'll net release it but this really seems to be bull**** there isnt even a screenshot

 

Please read my latest post. And no i beleive it, why would he lie? IF he was lying, eventually we would all find out one way or another and we would all hate him, and i doubt thats something he wants to deal with down the road, though screenshots would be nice

at least i can go to bed knowing one day.. ONE mother fucking day, ill see these betas on my desktop, thats why i choose to beleive he has them, he hasnt provide a single shread of proof, yet i still choose to take his word. I mean what else do i have to hope for? NO body else has the betas, hes our only hope, and i hate that because i wish he wasnt the only one who had it (sorry if that sounds horribly rude) but seeing a release for this isnt ANY time soon, if there was someone else out there maybe they would be more negotiable but assembler just isnt having it, so waiting, pming asking to buy them, more waiting, more pming, is litteraly all i can fucking do it seems

but why bother, when people are litteraly just putting in time into their day to shoot me down and tell me to wait.. Everyone doing that is clearly not as into the game, if this was your favoirte game, im certain you would understand the feeling?

Another emotional thread, just burn the damn disc, that game is frustrating at best, anyway ;p Assembler has always been straight with the community. It took 14 years to surface Geist Force and get it in our hands. Patience, patience, we'll get it when it's the right time by 2020 at the latest. Until then it's cute kitten time...

funny post is not funny, saying "burn the disc" come on man, thats just mean, hurtfull, amd imature.

dead rising is reaching 9 years of age, thats 9 years of it not surfacing. Add on 6+ years, thats a very long time. And for something we dont even have ONE picture of.

No you don't actually have a right to be upset... As someone has already said it is a privilege for us to play something that was never meant for us to have in the first place.

 

You have the right to be upset at anything, no matter how stupid. Whether anyone will care has yet to be seen. & 9 years of not surfacing? It never had to, & you should be overjoyed by Assembler stating that he has them & is possibly willing to share them, in the first place. Nobody owes you anything. I would love to know that someone owns a beta of Super Metroid, even if they didn't plan to release it for years, at least I'd know that the chance of seeing it someday is that much more possible. Pestering someone constantly is not how you show your appreciation for a possible release, at all. If anything, it's offensive, as Assembler has stated his piece on this already & you just keep stating how unfair it is that you don't have it right this second.

I commend you for your love & devotion to a certain title, but this is not how you should go about this.

 

Well you are right no doubt, crazy you have very valid points too, i mean no insulting when i speak and if i come off as rude or disrespectfull im terribly sorry, its just a pain to wait, you know how it is, i am very good friends with T.J rotolo and T.J storm ( voice actors of frank and brad ) sadly they have no beta builds of the game, i know some other staff members who worked on the game but im sure they would get in shit if they released.. Obviously lol

 

And assembler could very well be in the same situation with the Dead Rising disk. Maybe the person he got it from would get into some serious legal shit if it was released? Only one who knows for sure is assembler.

With the amount of stuff he has done over the years for this community, I really dont think he NEEDS proof at this point. When has he ever NOT delivered on something he has said? Ive been here since 2008 and everything he has said or claimed, he has come through on.

I totally get it, you want that Dead Rising beta (as do I!), however, pestering about it is not going to make it happen any faster. If anything, it will make it take longer.
