Sounds like you need to take him to small claims court and get his wages garnished.

 

If he has anything left. I take this as he lost his job due to his hardship (possibly addiction post auto accident given the small details), lost his house and if he can't get into his storage it means that he is behind in bills. Sadly if this is the case, those items still left to be shipped will end up being auctioned or sold off if he doesn't pay his storage bill. Obviously this is all speculation.

 

Yeah I am hopeful that he has the storage bill paid up and just means that he can not get directly to the boxes due to them being packed in the back of the storage. But I will do my best to get answers about it

 

It's obvious he has zero respect for anyone, so put some legal pressure on him
