Crooked modchip?

Hi there!

Just recieved a X360ACE from China, have had a few of these chips, and all have been fine.
However this one, does look a litlle suspicious.
Should I try to relocate that crooked resistor?
Or should I just order a new one, cause they cost so little?

it looks like thats where it connects anyway. electrically it makes no difference.

I've had a few bootleg CoolRunner chips have their resistors come in crooked like that, I didn't fix them and they all seemed to work so it's all up to you!
