    Hey there,

I know this feels like advertising but I was able to post this with permission of a staff member!

We are currently working on a database with all the consoles ever created. This is because there was no site we could find with info like this. They are incomplete or info is not correct So we decided to make our own! We are talking about every Console and controller color/model and limited editions/sweeptakes etc.
But also packaging variations! there are thousands of them so it's still a work in progress

Yes our site is not completely finished yet, but Nintendo and Microsoft are online right now. so every console is available on there to see what they are called, how rare they are and where to achieve them. (no prices) The site is free/ ad free, and it's just for your information. and yes we are very proud to achieve this. Currently working on Sega/Sony/Atari

Also a few members here where sharing there collection for us to show on the site. they are to be seen on the 'Special Thanks' page on our site If you want to be on there as well, please allow us to use your consoles to display on our site, can be the picture of the box or a with a the matching console next to it.

    our site is this: www.consolevariations.com
and we have a facebook as well and we try uploading pictures on there daily with variations you (hopefully) are new to you www.fb.com/consolevariations

and if you have any questions/suggestions/things to improve, or are you a website guru and could make things easier for us. Would be amazing to know!

Sorry for the long text! Have an amazing day and let us know what you think

PS: For the N64DD Lovers we also have the whole history of the N64DD and the promoitems with high-quality pictures! :D

Good luck and be sure to confirm information or add an asterisk if unknown or guessing, etc.

Youre using the wrong picture for the DoA Xbox. You are using the promo image from when it was still DoA: Online, not Ultimate. Far fewer DoA:O Xboxes are out there. And you continue to cite 60 Launch Teams / Partners, which was proven to be false. On top of missing stuff of course, but that is expected :p

That's a weird Nintendo 64 this Turok 2 one. I wonder how they took such measures for the adhesive that way.

thanks for the advice! If you have the correct image of the system please let me know ^^ Our pictures are not stolen but all asked with permission to use them. we can`t just take pictures off the internet.

and yah about the 60 LAunch teams/partners I was in doubt. I read from different sources that there are 60, we try to make it as complete as possible so if you have the information that is correct. we would love to hear it! :D

PS: About that N64, those are stickers you could get at N64 Megazine from Europe you have alot of them like Zelda OOT and Rayman 2! :D

Check out some of the threads here. There were at least hundreds sold for the launch team.

And there should just be a press image out there of DoAUltimate.

A while back I tried a buggy emulation front end called "ecc" or emulation control center, I've since forgotten about. It did displays all the systems ever made and a bio about them plus high quality screenshots after you allow it to update and download its free media packs into it.

Very fascinating read, but was surprised that no info regarding Mother 3 was present, I understand it's a lost/canceled game but might be worth adding.
