So a friend back on the east coast brought by some games he had to show me while he has in town and here they are:

Megaman 64: It seems to be a PSX Japanese build of the game, hell even the control/memory card mapping is PSX.

STV Final Fight Revenge Proto: Yeah bad game, but what's interesting is it's V1.10 when the released one online is V1.0. Possibly a canceled US build of the game.

Megaman 6, Rescue Rangers 2, Ducktales 2, Makai Island...he said he hasn't touched yet and I didn't have an NES while he was here.

Just thought I'd share some interesting things from the guy.

He also has a few more really exciting prototypes. I'll give you a hint on one of them..."military ammo container" Within the next week I will hopefully get pictures/video on everything.

It is! We are not sure if the security chip on the bottom right is actually used or not....I also think it's very interesting that this version is 1.10.

In the next few days I'll be putting up a few videos. My friend sent me a few really exciting things. First one today is Megaman64's first level. Quite a few interesting things there (notice the music!)... Sorry it's only in composite since I don't have a modded N64. Enjoy!

The number of differences so far are great. Composite or not we may have some fun stuff here.
Has your friend checked if there's any debug tools? Usually using a second controller you may find something.

A "Sce_Flag" option? Oh boy, that sure sounds fun. Kantan means easy as in Easy Mode right?

Actually these debug options resemble those found on the English Tron Bonne and Legends 2 prototypes.

    Thank you for the footage!

In order here's what I'm thinking (Aside from some looking like a hyphen and some looking like an underscore)
Stage - Main locations (Flutter, Main Gate, Downtown, ruins for example)
Area - Certain portions of the main locations (Clozer Gate room 4 for example - this will be a ton to go through and log)
Scenario - Events taking/taken place in given Stage/Area (Tronfight or Reaverbot fight in Downtown, all housing saved or destroyed)
Sce-Flag - Potentially more to work with for the Scenarios like camera, though seeing the values here makes me think it has more...
N-Iteem - Normal item. Pretty self explanatory.
K-Iteem - Key item. Again self explanatory.
R-Parts - I thought "robot parts" for this and immediately linked that with buster parts, so buster parts I feel would be this one
S-Weapon - Special weapon, again self explanatory
Zenny-Max - You should know what this is.
    Life-Max - This one too.
Kantan - Like Keiji Dragon said this probably game difficulty settings.
I wonder if there'd be any different menus to appear if you tried opening it while in a place with enemies or NPCs...

On a completely separate note, I'm surprised we never made a page for the Tron Bonne debug build.

Moving right along, here is day 2 of the videos..."military ammo container" on a xbox dev kit....problem is the game doesn't allow you to do much without a certain controller :p (even looking at textures, etc)
