Just thought I'd introduce my self and say hello. I've been a gamer for many a year and since moving from the UK to the Caribbean I thought it was about time I joined a place like this. My French is crap and there are not many retro gamers on the island. So in order to expand my knowledge, keep in the loop and just have a bit of a chinwag this seemed like a logical step. Anyway, hello :)

I use to live in that part of France, that dialect is certainly easier than the French they taught us in school!
I learnt 'Mon français est merde' though, every one leaves you alone if that's all you say. Saying that, Ill have to try 'Auf der linken seite?' as I dare say it'll have the same affect :)

Ha, I think I would get the same look tbh, I live in the French West Indies so I'm not sure if they've ever seen a beret, let alone know that they are to be feared!

Hahaha guys, I do have a beret lol. I bought it to go to a Rugby game in Scotland, in order to look more "French". I also had a baguette in the hand haha

Oh lord, you were just missing the string of garlic around your neck and a horizontally striped black and white jumper. Don't worry, I wear a kilt given the smallest of opportunities and my dad had to wear a beret to work, to top it all off my Mum is English. National stereotypes are always good fun :) Are you gonna step up to the mark Bruce... I mean Shane McRetro?

Hahaha, ginger life is sometimes hard. My wife is a beautiful woman with auburn hairs (which are a kind of ginger).

But I have see more gingers in Ireland than is Scotland.

I shit you not, a ginger girl is my weakness! They are totally irresistible. I once went to Ireland to watch Die Antwoord and found myself more amazed by all the gingers around me, I was like a kid in a candy shop! Celt to Celt is fine though... but to be a Jock in England and ginger is a tough life! I feel sorry for all ginger men who don't live in Scotland or Ireland haha

Hahaha, yes all of this is just clean fun! I'm just putting another shrimp on the barbie now actually! The I'm off to catch me a kangaroo! Fun fact, they poop on my lawn and weeds grow! Thanks kangaroos! Jerks!

You must warn the French West Indies of berets! Help them obi-one, you're their only hope! And I was going to mention baguettes too... So tasty! :)

We actually all do eat baguettes here, you see people walking down the street with arms full of them! And oddly I have a friend who's rather partial to Kangaroo meat so she trying to help cull in a fashion :) Is "Obi-one" Australian for "All-buy-one"? -.-
Btw Bruce, I love that Sheila 'Kylie', now let's pop another shrimp on the Barbie, crack open a tinny and watch Neighbours. I'll pop on my kilt and bring along my pet haggis :)
