Best picture quality on PAL Snes?

    It's great already but yes you can improve it with the RGB bypass mod.

    I did this on a 1chip Super Famicom to try and fix the vertical bar issue. Worked great, so if you've also got the bar, give it a shot!

    I know that this is a late reply, but I have first gotten around now to purchase the cable.
    It looks absolutely amazing, I have truly never seen such clear quality on a Snes before.
