Nully is completely making up pretty much his entire post. I didnt call him anything nor did I tell him it hadnt shipped yet. By the time he asked if it had shipped, it had. I have had 0 complaints from people, if items go missing - I refund or resend. All I have asked is that he waits long enough for the item to actually arrive. I said to wait to the end of the week (today) and if it hadnt arrived I would sort it. Instead of actually telling me, like I asked - hes left a message here "warning" people of dealing with me, which is completely uncalled for. I can post screenshots of his messages threatening me with "you better sort it out" when it had only been 7 days from shipment. His package was sent within 3 working days of him paying. I will follow up with the PM's and you can judge for yourself. I certainly will. Although yet another day has passed with nothing delivered so you'll have to wait. What's the purpose of posting PM conversations and all these other rants? I paid for an item I never received, it's been a month almost and I want a refund because that's how it should work. Whether or not you gave me a refund I was still leaving you negative feedback because I had a negative experience with you.
You have had a negative experience with the postal service. Your experience with me: you ordered your item was shipped It didnt arrive through means out of my control I asked is enough time to had passed to deem it lost and I would refund you. This is hardly a negative experience. What more am I supposed to do exactly? You are also saying I called you a scammer and a liar - which never happened. I told you that if it didnt arrive, I would refund you. Instead, you post here warning people about paying as a gift as you cant dispute me - which is completely unrequired, as I said I would refund you. You completely fail to mention I offered to refund you if it didnt arrive by today, implying I am scamming you out of money, which again is nonsense. By doing this, you are potentially costing me customers. This is why the PM's are posted, so people can judge the situation themselves. I should have trusted my gut and not dealt with you in the first place - your posts on this forum gave plenty of warning this would happen.
Bad_Ad84 is nothing but good people. Me and him are working on a project and has done alot more than we agreed too and i am highly grateful and truly is trustworthy and his feedback also proves that as well. What i'm trying to say here is, he does his absolute best to meet or exceed peoples expections even if it means going out of his way during hard times to make things right. Sometimes orders/mail can get lost and people have to learn to be patient and not immediately jump the gun on assumptions.
Please refrain from commenting on their discussions. This matter is a serious one and is a reason why one should only send certified package or tracked.
Tracked shipping = £8 Chips often = £2 Its not worth sending them tracked. Even if it was sent tracked, it would have been the exact same outcome as the postal service doesnt consider an item lost until 14 working days has passed (thats domestically, its probably even longer for international - but I was already prepared to refund anyway).
Either way I got my refund so I'm over it. I still always leave feedback for all purchases and sales on this forum and you were the only bad experience I had so I left appropriate feedback. I wouldnt order from you again and you wouldn't sell to me again and I'm fine with that as I can find business somewhere else. I have edited the feedback accordingly and I think it makes the most sense to delete these posts as it makes your feedback page look worse than my original comment did.I am as content as I can possibly be with the outcome given the circumstances.
