Anybody here good with pricing vintage electronics? Got a commodore calculator today.

    At the local goodwill and snapped up a commodore 784D calculator that was made in the early 70's. It had what it appears to be its original case, but no markings on the case. I can't seem to find anything on this thing. It looks like there were two versions produced one made in Britain and the other in Japan. This one is made in Japan.

    Anybody have any idea what something like this is worth. I don't even know where to begin to price this thing. I would put this in the price check forum, but seems inappropriate there.

    I've found a (now closed) offer asking for a whopping GBP2.5, and this site says mint condition €10, good €7.50. Those sound like placeholder values to me though tbh...

    Good to know. I was seeing some crazy prices for some other commodore calcs on ebay... :rolleyes:
