Any unleaked Dreamcast games in circulation?

I remember Spanish Magazine Hobby Consolas reporting E3 2000 Project Eden in development for PC, PS2 and DREAMCAST.

 

Yeah over the years a lot of European/USA magazines made a lot of claims about games in development for...it's only when i started contacting coders, artists, P.R people etc i found out just how untrue said claims often were :-(.

A lot of times it appeared to be speculation on mags part.Formats A-Z were the most popular at the time, so they assumed Games would be appearing on these.

 

I swear there's another thread but i cant seem to find it (it had pictures in the OP).
Either way these are currently on ebay RIGHT NOW

 

Unleaked as in "not publicly released on this console (in any form), builds of which exist but haven't been leaked".
As cool as those two GDs are they do not seem to fall into this category. Both of those games were released on the Dreamcast.

 

For a moment i read Soul Reaver 2... Someday it will come, i have faith XD

 

I know there was a thread regarding "seen GD-Rs" but i cant find the link. Any ideas where it may be?
