    I need a price check on the following 3DS Dev Kit with testing units and carts.

    About $980 if all the carts are blank.

    $30 each blank
    $120 for the panda ( picture is so small, looks like panda or the new 3ds version one)
    $500 for the debugger

    You might get more, I am just quoting the low value.
