    Basically, T2 is suing them for lying and taking their money.

    T2 probably wants to force a settlement where T2 gets all the development assets. It's clear that 3DR doesn't have that kind of money.

    When did they sue, though? Before or after the closure? Just because we heard about it after doesn't mean it didn't happen first....

    This is very interesting. Take Two paid for publishing rights, yet 3D Realms didn't get any of it. The question is then, who got it?!

    And in any case, dammit! I still want my Duke Nukem: Forever! :lol:

    Take Two bought the publishing rights from Infogrames (or GT Interactive, don't remember).
