SSD is the worst support for long times backup...
But you can't simply change the voltage input rating of a psu changing a capacitor, you will need swap a series of components, some of that will...
Absolutely not! It's way better, secure and fast buy directly a 220v PSU
yeah, a greater voltage rating does not cause any problems. You can use them without any trouble (they can be bigger in dimension, but they are ok)
It's not a properly fix \ workaround because if the fuse is rated to 20ma you will end absorbing more than it's designed (for example 30ma) and it...
I don't understand very well, i'm sorry, but if i've understand you have reading a very low voltage across the fuses? If so, even the fuse is...

how many wires have the chip?
Yes, seems the console don't go at 2x speed, replacing the BA should fix the issue
So there's no modchip? right?
Chipquik it's absolutely not recommended for soldering, it's too "fragile" due its composition.
Yes. Burn, CD quality or Psx lasers problem. Even a bad ISO...
online are still present anti mod patches, or you can search for importplayer Light, which, IRC, have a menu function for anti mod games
You can do a switch mod, which you can disable the modchip after the playstation logo.
Because it's write protected. It's OK
