No, French SNES were shipped with RGB cable until 1994/1995, when RCA cable were used instead.
Isn't it harder to find SCART SNES cable than Wii?
My SNES became "addicted" to Pro Fighter. I couldn't use it without the Pro Fighter plugged in... I never knew what created such addiction :s
