basically PseudoSaturn cart is like System Disc it bypass the security ring check. you still need to deal with the region since the System Disc...

use SRP to set the image to match your console's region. some prototype would have up to 8 regions coded so it will run on any retail console...
dunno why you would want one nowadays also you can always use SRP to set as 1st party if you have SSD #1. Or just run with the PseudoSaturn cart.
