    Reset the video output ( it's on ms website) Could be hardware, maybe hdmi port? Tried a composite lead?

    Ps2 v7 modbo 4.0 install,160 gh hd and hdloader(dev2)

    Swap electrical tape for kapton, makes it look a bit nicer and there is no residue (also kapton doesn't shrink like electrical tape)
