They are indeed from GTA IV EFLC. I tried to swap your xex with the original one. It loaded menu, but, sadly, the game didn't pass the loading...
Haven't been playing this game for a very long time, but I noticed that some of the drivers names are mixed. I am looking forward to playing it.
