Sorry for the bump. Do you still have the unit? I actually have one of the earliest retail units, the serial is B40000411 and is pretty similar...
No MPEG card was bundled with the unit and its a very early retail launch unit. It's a HST-3200, VA0 model with a socketed BIOS.
