Yeah, same numbers. That's why I too thought it was weird that only Japanese consoles were mentioned. Maybe someone else here knows about this...
SHVC-CPU-01 is (C) 1990, while the next model (AFAIK), SNS-CPU-GPM-01 is (C) 1992. So I guess you can assume the former is meant here.
