Wow.. I just saw this again. I did fix it, and it did happen to be the power supply I was using. Swapped it and everything is fine now.
I don't know if its been said or not, but I can confirm that this does work on my Dreamcast (modded bios) when burned to a CD-R.
Yeah.. That last picture you posted shows it. You should have 5v on the far right leg.

Its not coming out of the system itself.. Its coming out of the speakers... But only when using the Everdrive. CD games don't produce the noise...
