No luck with xboxHDM and no luck with the 80 wire IDE cable. But after xboxHDM it does now boot slayer more consistently, so at least a small win....
ahh ok. Than it's still weird considering I formatted it already a few times with the Slayer disk, unless that didn't work.
You mean the CD drive? That might be it, but it seems to work quite well on the old HDD apart from booting CD's on boot (which it does rarely)....
