WebTV: Dreamcast Controller 2

For those that actually used the WebTV around the turn of the century, a hidden GIF image of the Dreamcast controller was hidden within WebTV Plus' romcache for a short time. I don't remember what build the ROM was, but it was around the time Japan got WebTV service for the Dreamcast.
