At a CosCon, I'm dead sure that when I saw someone wearing that, I'd think "Hey it's Lady Chris from Suikoden III" not "just some total lesbian in armor." :P
(I didn't even know there was a Suikoden III)

That stuff goes for a pretty yen over here. I've seen a Sakura Taisen (Sakura) outfit clear $300 or so. I'm always one for running in, grabbing the freebies, then going home and playing them when going to shows.

heh.... when I was little boy I wanted the Kamen Rider costume real bad.
It was so cool with the twin propeller belt and helmet. :p
I remember seeing in B Club many years ago that someone made replica of Priss KnightSaver(?) suite. That was neat although with no ventilation holes the clear front face shield fogged up real fast... :)
cheers

Nice, a Priss outfit That would have been cool. I wonder if she rode a red motorbike with that on?

as I recall it was made of vacuum form hard plastic and all in Priss blue. was very cool indeed although getting in and out takes about ten minutes with two people assisting and you can hardly walk in that thing... :p

For bike the red one in Akira wins hands down mate!

I don't get anime or cosplay for that matter.
Why are these things so popular today? :smt017

Heheh Kekkou Kamen.
That anime show was so funny, they are totally different characters.
Kamen rider looks like a power ranger with a bug type helmet on and rides a motercycle.
Kekkou kamen fights for justice in red boots & mask & nothing else hee hee :smt040

Before my company decideded to move to Hawaii in September, I was going to make either a Speed Racer, or Gatchaman halloween costume. My hair is getting long, so Gatchaman wouldv'e been the way to go. What a statement to any nationality that would've been!
I don't think that's too geeky, as it's got retro coolness to it. :)

Yes... specifically, you should say a little bit like what those pics would look like if they showed up.
